SCREW

By Yani E. Lopez (Feb 2011)

You are like a screw
You keep digging hole around me
I remember my complains but
You never care just as if my wrong
I thought you were selfish
Trying to build what you call, I own
But then, I begun to feel happy with you
We became a company
We're always stuck together
We became strong even better
Its amazing,
How we supported others
They hold on to us freely with trust
That they won't fall because we won't
We even had encompassed
Years, weathers and earthquakes...
After so long,
I saw dirt rust started to spread on us
Its inevitably increasing
I saw how much you hang on screwed
But you're getting weaker
Till you get away
Now,
I am left but with an emptied hole
I came to realize that with my screw
I was very useful and deliberating
But now I am left disposed
And no other screw can fill me up
Just because its only meant for you
You are my only screw
Till I wither too.

Its a metaphor of true love marriage, pain, kids and life ending of 2 lovers.
Life is never easy till we make it easy, acceptance and live together happy is the best way of successful marriage.
Happy Valentines to All.
